Owned and managed by Jeremy and Peridot Dunning, Hatherden Farm is the result of their passion and dedication to transforming a Dairy farm into a stunning location that is perfect for weddings, events, and peaceful getaways.
The Old Dairy
The Old Dairy is the jewel in the crown of Hatherden Farm. This lovingly restored barn offers a versatile space that can accommodate up to 140 guests. With its traditional ambience, oak beams, wooden floors, and white painted brick, The Old Dairy provides the perfect backdrop for any event. The huge milk bottle chandelier, milk churns, and our resident bull, Henry, add to the character of the barn, creating a truly unique setting. The glass mezzanine is perfect for speakers or the Master of Ceremonies, while the commercial standard kitchen can cater for up to 140 guests. With ample on-site parking, disabled toilets, and accommodation just a few steps away, The Old Dairy is the ideal venue for your special day.
Accommodation
In addition to the stunning barn space, Hatherden Farm offers beautifully designed and appointed self-catering holiday accommodation. The Calf Shed is a two-bedroom cottage that was once the calving shed. It has been beautifully converted into a stunning self-catering cottage, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and sitting area with log burner, and a patio area. The Bale Cart offers simple one-bedroom accommodation for up to two guests, with a double bed, en-suite shower facility, and a kitchen area. The Loft is a three-bedroom loft apartment that offers double or twin bedding, a fully fitted gallery kitchen, and a sitting and dining area equipped with a TV. All of our accommodation includes a beautiful selection of breakfast items left in your fridge for you to enjoy.

Our self-catering accommodation is perfect for those hosting their special occasion or for individuals, couples, or families looking to get away, relax, and explore the rolling Hampshire countryside. We can also provide a list of recommended suppliers for transport, florists, bar hire and wine, hair and beauty, caterers, honeymoon cake makers, other accommodation, photographers, entertainment, and celebrants.
Booking
