Burcombe Manor

We welcome you to Burcombe Manor, a family home set in the village of Burcombe in the Nadder Valley, just over four miles west of Salisbury. Our property sits within its own three-acre grounds, totally surrounded by a tall yew hedge that gives complete privacy. We are located at the base of a 1,300-acre working farm with arable, sheep and pigs, and form part of the Earl of Pembroke's estate in south Wiltshire overlooking the water meadows. We are proud that the present day house was built in 1865 on the site of The Grange, which dated back to the 1500s. We welcome guests into a large oak-floored hall and a staircase with dark oak banisters leading to our accommodation. We offer three centrally heated bedrooms, two with ensuite facilities, and a comfortable sitting room where guests can relax and plan their day. Our breakfast and dining room has large windows overlooking the gardens and an open fire, and all meals are thoughtfully prepared with vegetarian options available on advance notice.

We also provide a well-manicured lawn that provides an excellent setting for a marquee to host weddings and other functions and parties. We ensure guests benefit from an extensive network of footpaths and bridleways for walkers and horseriders, with local attractions such as Wilton House, Stonehenge and Salisbury within easy reach. Our bed and breakfast accommodation is well regarded and we have many repeat visitors seeking good value in Wiltshire. We aim to provide a welcoming, comfortable stay with friendly, accommodating service and piping hot, tasty breakfasts served at a large table.
