Unpleasant Experiences
A reviewer, Roary Lion, had a dreadful experience at a Zafferano event, describing the food as not tasting edible and the atmosphere as completely off. They claimed that the managers were extremely rude and had overheard them verbally abusing their staff. The reviewer also mentioned that the staff seemed terrified whenever the managers approached them.
Contrary Experiences
On the other hand, Author Hannah Grant had a wonderful experience with Zafferano, as they catered for her wedding and impressed everyone with their excellent food. The reviewer praised the canapes, bowl food, and cheese and salad bar, and considered the staff helpful in dealing with dietary requirements. It's also worth noting that Rabbi Hillel Simon, who gave a perfect score, mentioned that pre-launch catering would be available when events resume, with a new, well-equipped kitchen and top chefs practicing new menus.
