Our Philosophy

Our priority is and always has been to deliver the best and most authentic paellas and tapas by following a few simple rules. We use only the best free-range poultry, fish, and game from local farms and companies whenever possible. We only buy from small family-owned farms and companies, and all our ingredients are always transported to venues using only refrigerated vehicles. Our commitment to quality and freshness ensures that every dish we serve is not only delicious but also safe and healthy.

The Services We Offer

We offer an extensive repertoire of paellas and tapas, along with a selection of Iberico hams and cheeses and other imported Spanish delicacies for parties, weddings, Christenings, and specialist catering needs. Our paellas and tapas are perfect for weddings, parties, corporate events, and other occasions where you want to impress your guests with a unique and memorable dining experience.

Paella for Weddings

We can either offer a full 5/6-course bespoke paella wedding menu choice, including full set up, waiting staff, plate, and cutlery hire. Or, we can simply come along to cook and provide paellas and other food items for the main wedding breakfast or post (evening) meal for numbers of 50 to 500.

Paella for Parties

Paella is the perfect party catering solution for birthdays, engagement parties, Christmas parties, anniversary parties, house warming parties, or any occasion parties. We can cater for small gatherings or large celebrations, and we can accommodate most dietary requirements and preferences. Our paellas are perfect for both indoor and outdoor events, and we can provide all necessary equipment, staff, and service to ensure your event runs smoothly.

Paella for Business

We can cater for corporate events from golf and team-building days to Christmas parties. Paella can make a great choice of food for corporate days and events, as it's easy to serve and enjoy, and it's a great way to bring people together. We can provide a bespoke paella menu tailored to your company's preferences and needs.

Quality and Freshness

At Paella Inc, we take pride in using only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients to create our delicious paellas and tapas. Our fish is delivered daily from Cornish and French markets and caught on day boats. Our poultry and game is supplied by local Sussex farms. Fruit and vegetables arrive fresh from TG Fruits. All our ham, cheeses, and olive oil are supplied by Brindisa, the best importers of Spanish products in the UK.
