Poor Service and Quality of Experience
The reviewer, Paulio, had an extremely disappointing experience with the videographer, citing awful service from start to finish. The most significant issue was the lack of communication and follow-through on requests, with the reviewer being "fobbed off constantly" when asking for images to be included in the wedding film.
Payment and Delivery Concerns
Another major concern was the requirement to pay upfront before receiving the full wedding movie, which raised suspicions about the service provider's intentions. Furthermore, the reviewer had to wait for an unacceptable six months after payment to receive a USB copy of the filming, highlighting the poor customer service.
