Our passionate and dedicated in-house catering team, led by our Executive Chef, provide delicious, locally sourced seasonal menus to keep your guests happy. From summer festival-style weddings to winter wonderland celebrations, we offer a range of packages and bespoke options to suit your style and budget. We are proud to have won 'Best Wedding Coordinator in Wales' at the recent 'Welsh Wedding Awards' and are committed to providing exceptional service and attention to detail.

Our Team

Our team at Gellifawr is made up of strong, ambitious, and inspirational individuals, all dedicated to making your wedding day unforgettable. Our Venue Director, Emily Jolly, leads our mission to become the UK's best wedding venue, while our Venue Manager, Rea Edge, has successfully run over 200 weddings since joining us in 2021. Our Accommodation and Bar Manager, Beth Howells, ensures that our cottages and ensuite rooms are maintained to the highest standard, and our Executive Chef, Briscoe, cooks each of our 500+ weddings to perfection.

Our Charity Efforts

We are proud of our charity efforts, including sponsoring a young inclusion football team. We believe that building a strong business in a rural area and helping our team to have well-paid long-standing jobs is important, but so is giving back to our local community.
