Kevin is joined by a talented team of chefs, event planners, and front-of-house staff, all of whom are experienced, qualified catering professionals. We pride ourselves on our strong relationships with local suppliers, sourcing a high percentage of our ingredients from local producers, including lamb reared in the Chilterns, Cotswold dairy produce, and the finest English artisan cheeses.
